Joseph ZAGRE I am Joseph Zagré passionate about real estate and construction. I am a pure product of Turkish and Moroccan training schools in civil engineering. After my achievements in the field abroad, I chose to return to the country to provide solutions in the field of real estate construction and public works, and pose as a bridge for the transfer of knowledge and know-how in terms of Construction from northern countries to those of Africa. Hence the creation of the KASTOR AFRICA GROUP in 2016. Message from the General Administrator The Kastor Africa Group officially launched its activities in Burkina on May 25, 2021 and the laying of the first stone of our vast ESPOIR CITY construction project took place on June 24, 2021 in Daguilma in the rural commune of Loumbila in front of our authorities to attest to our credibility. We operate mainly in the construction industry through the construction of infrastructure and also real estate development through the subsidiary Kastor real estate solutions. The aim is to contribute to the improvement of the national stock of decent housing and to promote urban development. We have the support of our supervisory ministry, namely the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and the City. We work in close collaboration with the National Housing Construction Program (PNCL) in Burkina to deliver 2,000 social housing units that will benefit the people of Burkina. I am delighted to know that our authorities have subscribed to this idea of development which is combined with all layers of society. The Kastor Africa Group is made up of a young, dynamic, motivated and experienced team. We do everything we can to achieve our common goals. Our greatest ambition is mainly to develop new large-scale projects that guarantee clean, high-quality housing for everyone. KASTOR AFRICA Côte d'Ivoire Our Story Kastor Africa Cote d'Ivoire is a branch of Kastor Africa Group, a pan-African company based in Burkina Faso with more than 10 years of experience in the field. Through its subsidiary, Kastor Africa intends to export its expertise and know-how in construction, construction and property management. Acerca de ECO CITY About Eco City The real estate development zone development project called Eco city in the village of Eplemlan in Ivory Coast is part in a desire to meet housing needs and improve the living conditions of the people. This project is located approximately 20 kilometers north of Assinie near of the city of Adiaké, a department in the south-east of Ivory Coast, in the Sud-Comoé region.
